Direct shipping of standard items is prohibited for this event. All shipments must be sent to the advanced warehouse.

Please only send sample Frozen/Refrigerated/Dry Storage food products to the hotel directly per the enclosed instructions.

Please note! Shepard will be closed on December 22-26 and January 2 in observance of the Holiday. No shipments will be accepted. Please notify your carrier.
